Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

I do hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow the process outlined below.

For items purchased in my shop:

  • If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately (within 3 days of receipt of package) with photographs. I will either refund your money or replace the piece at my expense.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund please begin the process by contacting me at aneela@aneeladceramics.ca within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • Once the issue is assessed the item must be in an undamaged and unused condition to be eligible for a return.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be packaged properly so that no damage occurs on return shipping. Items that arrive damaged will not be refunded/exchanged. Returned items must have tracking and insurance. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days.
  • Once received and approved for refund, please allow 10 days for the refund to be issued on your original payment method
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For course and workshop registrations:

  • All class and workshop purchases are final. 
  • If a class has to be cancelled by the instructor, a full refund will be issued.
