Shipping policy

For Product Purchases 

The prices you see are inclusive of standard shipping within Canada and the U.S only. Tracking is included.

Items in the shop will be processed, packaged and ready to ship within 2 days of purchase. 

International orders are charged separately for shipping. International shipments include tracking.

Please note the customer pays any custom charges, duties or taxes levied by their country.

If you need your item shipped in a hurry, I am happy to upgrade your shipping for the relevant fee. Please contact me at aneela@aneeladceramics.ca

If your purchase is a gift, I am happy to include a gift message. Please let me know what you would like the note to say in a message.

I do my best to source environmentally friendly packaging and often, I will reuse packaging materials. I encourage you to recycle and reuse the packaging as well.

 For Class Purchases

There is no shipping fee. 

Course materials will not be shipped. You will be given your bag of clay when you arrive on the first day of class. Tools and materials will be provided as you go through the course.
