Over the span of 8 exciting weeks you will dive into the art of working with clay on the wheel, transforming a simple lump into beautiful functional pieces. Get ready to learn essential techniques - centering, lifting walls, trimming, decorating and glazing.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced potter, expect to be engaged and challenged in a way that will grow your skills! You'll receive plenty of hands on guidance and focused instruction in this small class, ensuring that you'll complete the course with pieces you are proud of, along with the ability to continue refining your craft. Expect to get messy, connect with other makers and find calm in this therapeutic process - it's an incredibly fulfilling experience!

Wednesday Afternoon: 4:30pm-7:30pm

Dates: March 18,25 April 1,8,15,22,29, May 6

Please make sure you are available for all days of the 8 week course as there will be no make-up classes.

* There is a Course Material fee of $55 which must be added to your cart separately and can be found here.
This price includes one 10kg bag of cone 6 clay, shipping, the use of tools, decorating materials (colored slips, glazes etc.) as well as the required bisque and glaze firings.     

*Additional clay may be purchased if needed for the course.
